Once you've contacted us to verify that your date is available, you'll need to place a deposit to hold that date. We will let you know the size of the deposit based on the size of your trip (number of days, number of people, or both).
Select the amount from the deposit options below to make a convenient and secure deposit using your visa or mastercard. (You may also use your debit card as long as it has a visa or mastercard logo on it). If you have a PayPal account, you can transfer money with that method here as well.
Note: When you select your deposit amount and process this through our online payment system, you'll see "EnviroChange" at the top of the page.
Be sure to double check your shopping cart to ensure that you have the correct amount before processing. When you're ready to process, follow the instructions outlined in the "Shopping Cart".
As soon as we have your deposit, your guide trip will be confirmed.
On rare occasion, we have had "no shows" or cancellations right before a scheduled trip.
* When someone simply doesn't show up at the lake as planned we cannot fill that slot with another trip AND have wasted time and gas going to the lake for no reason.
* If a cancellation takes place close to the trip date, it may not be possible to fill the time slot.
As a result of these kinds of situations, we have the following policy.

Should you decide to cancel your trip, deposits are refundable up through one week prior to the trip. Refunds will be applicable as follows:
Cancel 5 days prior to trip: 75% refund of deposit
Cancel 4 days prior to trip: 50% refund of deposit
Cancel 3 days prior to trip: 25% refund of deposit
Cancel 2 days prior to trip: 0% refund of deposit
We understand that emergencies take place.
1. If something like that happens and you wish to reschedule your trip to another date, we'll determine on a case by case basis whether your deposit can be applied to the new trip date.
2. If you have to cancel, be sure to call us in plenty of time for your sake and ours... if at all possible. And, if you have an emergency, call us as soon as possible and let us know about your situation so that we can work with you.
3. If you reschedule your trip less than a week prior to the date you had reserved AND we are able to fill that time slot with another trip, ALL of your deposit will go toward reserving your new date. However, if we cannot fill your original date, we will decide on a case by case basis what to do.
